在电力工程中,CPVC电力管是保护电缆免受外界水、土、机械损伤的“铠甲”,但接口渗漏却常成为其防护链上的“薄弱点”——一旦接口密封失效,地下水渗入管内会导致电缆绝缘层受潮、短路,甚至引发停电事故。要守住这道防线,连接环节的质量控制是关键。

首先得把好材料关。施工前要逐一检查CPVC管材和管件:管材不能有裂纹、凹陷或椭圆度超标的情况(比如管口直径偏差超过2mm,承插时就会留间隙);管件的承插口尺寸要与管材严丝合缝,内壁要光滑无毛刺。胶粘剂必须选CPVC专用款,要查看有效期——过期的胶粘剂会失去粘结力,涂了也是白涂。

连接前的预处理不能省。管材插入端和管件承插口要彻底清洁:用干布擦去油污、灰尘,有毛刺的地方用砂纸打磨平整,再做45度倒角处理——这一步能避免插入时划伤承插口内壁,也能让胶粘剂更均匀地填充间隙。如果连接面有水,一定要用吹风机吹干,潮湿会让胶粘剂“粘不牢”。

连接工艺要讲规范。承插连接是最常用的方式,操作时要注意:先在管材插入端外表面和管件承插口内表面,均匀涂抹一层胶粘剂,涂抹范围要比设计插入深度宽1-2cm,不能漏涂也不能堆胶(堆胶会被挤出,反而留空隙)。然后把管材匀速插入管件,插入深度要达到承插口的2/3到3/4(比如管件承口深10cm,插入8cm才够),插入后保持1-2分钟不动,让胶粘剂初步固化。如果用密封圈连接,要把密封圈套在管材端部居中位置,涂一层润滑脂再插入,插入后检查密封圈有没有移位——移位了就得重新来。

环境因素要盯着。温度太低时(比如低于5℃),胶粘剂固化慢,得延长固化时间,或者用暖风机提高周围温度;温度太高(超过35℃),胶粘剂会“急着干”,要加快操作速度,别等涂完胶才发现管材插不进去。下雨或潮湿天施工,要搭遮雨棚,别让雨水打湿连接面——水会破坏胶粘剂的粘结效果。

最后得验收测试。连接完先看外观:接口有没有间隙?胶粘剂有没有均匀溢出?密封圈有没有外露?然后做密封性试验:埋地管做水压试验,封好两端注清水,压力保持0.2MPa,24小时内压力不降、接口不渗水才算合格;架空管做气密性试验,充压缩空气测压力,没漏气才行。不合格的接口一定要返工,不能“差不多就行”。
