4.连接PVC管端:对于胶水粘合承口的转接头,先在PVC管端口外壁和转接头PVC端承口内壁均匀涂抹专用的PVC管道胶水,涂抹要均匀且薄厚适中,然后迅速将PVC管插入承口至标记深度,旋转1/4圈以确保胶水充分接触,保持几秒钟后松手,静置固化(固化时间参照胶水说明书)。若是螺纹连接,则需在螺纹处缠绕生料带或涂抹密封胶,再用扳手拧紧。

5.检查与测试:连接完成后,检查接口处是否平整、无偏移,有无胶水溢出(针对粘合连接)。待所有连接点完全固化或冷却后,建议进行压力测试,以确保无泄漏现象。
