首先是材料的预处理。低温环境下,CPVC管材管件易因温度过低变得僵硬,甚至出现微小裂纹。施工前,应将材料提前24小时存放在5℃以上的室内环境,让其温度回升至接近施工温度;若材料从户外转运至现场,需在温暖区域放置至少2小时再使用。同时,施工前要逐根检查管材:看表面是否有划痕、裂纹,用手弯折管件(力度适中),若感觉明显发脆,应立即更换——这些细节能避免“先天不足”的材料进入施工环节。

其次是连接工艺的针对性调整。CPVC电力管常用的热熔连接和粘接连接,在低温下都需调整参数。以热熔连接为例,常规温度约为260℃,但冬季施工时,若现场温度低于10℃,可将热熔机温度提高5-10℃(不超过270℃,避免材料变质),同时延长加热时间1-2秒——因为低温会快速带走热量,需让管材管件的熔融层更充分。粘接连接时,要选用耐低温的专用胶粘剂,涂胶后不要立即对接,需等待3-5秒让胶粘剂均匀铺展,再缓慢插入管件,之后用夹具固定至少15分钟(常规情况只需5分钟),确保胶粘剂完全固化。

第三是施工环境的温度控制。若现场温度低于5℃,必须搭建临时保温棚,用暖风机或电加热设备将棚内温度提升至10℃以上;施工区域要防风挡雨,避免寒风直接吹向连接部位——大风会加速热量流失,导致熔接面冷却过快,形成“假焊”。如果遇到雨雪天气,应暂停施工,待天气好转、地面干燥后再继续,防止水分渗入连接缝影响粘接效果。

最后是连接质量的严格检测。施工完成后,先做外观检查:热熔连接的接口应平整、无卷边或熔料溢出过多的情况,粘接连接的接口应无胶粘剂流淌、无空隙;然后进行压力测试,用压缩空气或清水对管道系统加压至1.5倍工作压力,保持2小时,若压力下降不超过0.02MPa,说明连接紧密;对关键部位(如转弯处、接头密集处),可采用超声波检测,查看内部是否有未熔合的间隙。另外,要做好每一个连接点的记录,包括施工时间、操作人员、温度参数,便于后期追踪问题根源。
