深入探究其原因,熔接温度过高是导致喷浆的主要元凶之一。PE材料具有特定的熔融温度范围,当焊接设备设定的温度超过了该材料的最佳加工温度时,管端的PE材料会在短时间内过度受热。此时,材料的熔融粘度急剧下降,变得过于稀软。在焊接压力的作用下,这些过度熔融的材料就无法像正常情况那样在接口处形成均匀、牢固的熔接面,反而容易被挤压溢出,形成喷浆。
