接下来是开槽作业。开槽深度需根据CPVC管的管径、埋深要求(通常埋深不小于0.7米,穿越车行道需加深至1.0米以上)及当地冻土层厚度确定——例如DN160的CPVC管,开槽深度至少应为管外径+0.3米。宽度方面,需为管道安装预留足够操作空间:管径≤200mm时,槽宽比管径大0.4米;管径>200mm时,槽宽放大0.6米。开挖方式优先采用机械(挖掘机),但槽底20cm需改用人工清理,防止机械破坏基底土壤结构;若遇到岩石层,需用冲击钻破碎后再开挖,严禁直接用挖掘机强行挖掘。槽壁坡度需根据土壤类型调整(砂土类坡度1:0.5,黏土类1:0.3),深槽(超过3米)需设置钢板桩或木支撑支护,防止坍塌。

基底处理是管道稳定的基础。开挖完成后,需先清除槽底的淤泥、石块及杂物,再用打夯机将基底夯实(压实度≥90%);若基底为松软土或回填土,需换填30-50cm厚的级配碎石并压实;最后在基底铺设10-15cm厚的中粗砂垫层,用平板振捣器振捣密实,确保垫层表面平整——这一步能有效分散管道荷载,避免管道因地基沉降变形。

管道铺设需严格把控细节。首先检查管材:CPVC管进场前需核对规格、壁厚及出厂合格证,外观无裂纹、凹陷、气泡才算合格。铺设时,管道应沿中心线放置,承插口朝向水流方向(或按设计要求),用专用PVC胶水连接——涂胶前需将承插口擦拭干净,胶水要均匀涂抹在承口内侧与插口外侧,插入后旋转90度并保持30秒固定。管道坡度需符合设计要求(一般为0.2%-0.5%),可用水平仪检测;相邻管道的接头需错开,避免在同一截面形成薄弱点。

最后是回填环节,这是保护管道的“最后一道屏障”。回填需分层进行:第一层(管道两侧及管顶30cm内)用中粗砂回填,每层厚度20cm,用小型振动夯压实(避免大型机械破坏管道);管顶30cm以上可用素土回填,每层厚度30cm,压实度需达到93%以上(车行道下需≥95%)。回填时需注意:严禁将石块、砖块等尖锐物填入槽内,避免划伤管道;雨季回填需做好排水措施,防止槽内积水导致土壤松软。
