一、前期准备阶段

1.施工图纸会审与技术交底:施工前需组织相关人员熟悉设计图纸,明确管道走向、规格、埋深及连接方式等关键信息,并进行详细的技术交底,确保施工人员理解设计意图和技术要求。

2.材料准备与检查:根据施工图纸采购符合设计要求的PE管材、管件及相关辅材。进场材料需检查其规格、型号、外观质量及出厂合格证、检验报告等证明文件,确保材料符合国家标准。管材表面应光滑平整,无裂纹、气泡、凹陷等缺陷,管件应完整无损伤。

3.施工现场勘查与清理:对施工现场进行详细勘查,了解地下管线、构筑物等情况,避免施工时造成损坏。清理施工区域内的障碍物,平整场地,做好排水设施,确保施工顺利进行。同时,进行测量放线,确定管道中心线、高程及开挖边界。

4.施工机具准备:准备热熔对接机、电熔焊机、切割机、刮刀、记号笔、卷尺、压力表等专用施工机具,并确保其性能良好、计量准确,满足施工要求。热熔和电熔设备需定期校验。

二、管道敷设与连接

1.沟槽开挖:根据设计要求和地质条件进行沟槽开挖。沟槽深度和宽度应满足设计及规范要求,确保管道埋深和周边回填土的压实度。沟槽边坡应根据土质情况确定,必要时进行支护,防止坍塌。沟底应平整、坚实,若为软土或不良地质,需按设计要求进行处理,如铺设砂石垫层等。

2.管道敷设:PE管敷设前需再次检查管材质量,清除管内杂物。采用人工或机械方式将管道放入沟槽,注意轻拿轻放,避免管材受损。管道敷设应顺直,接口处应预留适当的操作空间。管道在沟底的坡度应符合设计要求。

3.管道连接:PE管的连接方式主要有热熔对接连接和电熔连接。

a.热熔对接连接:适用于直径较大的管材。操作时,先将管材两端切割平整,并清理干净。然后将管材固定在热熔对接机上,通过加热板加热管材端面至熔融状态,迅速移开加热板,将两管材端口施压对接,保持一定压力直至接头冷却固化。整个过程应严格控制加热温度、加热时间和对接压力。

b.电熔连接:通过电熔管件内的电阻丝通电发热,使管件与管材接触面熔融连接。连接前需清理管材和管件的连接面,确保插入深度符合要求。通电焊接时,应按照电熔焊机的操作规程和管件上标明的参数进行,焊接完成后需冷却至规定时间方可移动。

4.接头质量检查:连接完成后,应检查接头外观是否平整、无鼓包、无裂纹,翻边是否均匀对称。对于重要工程或有疑问的接头,可进行破坏性试验或非破坏性检测。

三、沟槽回填

管道连接检验合格后,应及时进行沟槽回填。回填土应采用符合要求的细土或沙土,避免含有石块、砖块等硬物。回填应分层进行,每层厚度不宜过大,并采用人工或轻型压实机械夯实,确保回填土密实度达到设计要求。在管顶以上500mm范围内,应采用人工夯实,严禁使用重型机械碾压,以防损坏管道。

四、工程验收

1.外观检查:检查管道敷设是否顺直,坡度是否符合要求,管身有无损伤,接头是否完好。

2.压力试验:根据设计要求进行水压试验或气压试验,以检验管道的严密性和强度。试验前应做好管道的封堵、注水(或充气)、排气等准备工作,试验过程中严格控制压力,观察是否有压降和渗漏现象。

3.竣工验收资料:整理施工过程中的各种记录资料,如材料合格证、检验报告、施工记录、隐蔽工程验收记录、压力试验记录等,提交完整的竣工验收资料。
