为什么基础处理要“看土壤下菜碟”?

土壤就像“地基的脾气”:有的“爱吸水膨胀”(粘性土),有的“一震就散”(砂土),有的“硬得不均匀”(碎石土),有的“站都站不稳”(软土)。基础处理的核心,就是通过调整土壤的承载力、均匀性,让CPVC管能“稳稳扎根”。

1. 粘性土:像“面团”一样的土,得控制“干湿”

粘性土(比如粉质粘土、粘土)的特点是“遇水粘、失水裂”——就像揉过的面团,湿了粘在工具上,干了表面全是裂纹。这种土如果直接铺管道,下雨会膨胀顶起管道,天旱会收缩拉裂管道。

处理方案:①先平整场地,清除杂草、树根等杂物;②分层压实(每层20-30cm),压实度要达到90%以上(用环刀法检测);③如果含水量太高(手捏成团掉地上不散),要翻晒1-2天,或加5%-8%的生石灰粉吸湿;如果含水量太低(手捏不成团),适量洒水润湿;④最后铺10-20cm厚的砂石垫层(粗砂+5-20mm碎石,比例3:7),既能排水,又能缓冲粘性土的膨胀收缩。

2. 砂土:像“散沙”一样的土,得“抱团”

砂土(比如粗砂、细砂)的特点是“透水性强、易流动”——下雨时水很快渗下去,震动(比如挖掘机作业、车辆经过)时容易“液化”(变成“泥浆”),导致管道沉降。

处理方案:①分层夯实(每层25-30cm),夯实系数≥0.95(用贯入仪检测);②铺15-25cm厚的碎石垫层(粒径10-30mm),增强砂土的整体性;③如果是地下水位高的砂土(比如埋深≤1m),要在垫层下挖30cm深的排水盲沟,填碎石,把水引到附近排水沟,避免砂土被泡软。

3. 碎石土:像“乱石堆”一样的土,得“整平”

碎石土(比如卵石、碎石混粘土)的优点是“强度高”(承载力≥200kPa),缺点是“不均匀”——可能混有大块石头、淤泥或腐殖土。这种土如果不处理,管道会“一边高一边低”。

处理方案:①先清理表层的大块石头(直径>20cm)、淤泥、腐殖土;②分层压实(每层30-40cm),用振动压路机碾压3-5遍,确保无明显轮迹;③如果碎石土中粘土含量太高(>20%),要加10%-15%的粗砂,降低粘性;④如果管道承受重载(比如上方有车辆通行),可以在碎石垫层上再加5-10cm厚的C15混凝土垫层,让受力更均匀。

4. 软土:像“烂泥”一样的土,得“加固”

软土(比如淤泥、淤泥质土)是最“难搞”的——承载力低(通常≤80kPa),压缩性大(压缩系数>0.5MPa⁻¹),就像“烂泥塘”,踩上去会“越陷越深”。直接铺管道,用不了几年就会变形。

处理方案:得“对症下药”:①换填法:适合浅层软土(厚度≤3m)——挖掉表层软土,换成砂石、灰土(石灰+土,比例3:7),分层压实(每层20cm),换填后的承载力能提高到150kPa以上;②排水固结法:适合深层软土(厚度3-10m)——在软土中插入塑料排水板(间距1-1.5m),然后堆载预压(比如堆1-2m厚的砂石),让软土中的水通过排水板排出来,慢慢固结,一般6-12个月后承载力能提高2-3倍;③复合地基法:适合承载力要求高的工程(比如变电站旁的管道)——用水泥搅拌桩(直径500mm,间距1.2-1.5m)把软土和水泥混合,形成“水泥土桩”,和原软土一起承担荷载,承载力能达到200kPa以上。

最后:这些细节不能忘

不管处理哪种土壤,都要记住三点:①先勘察:施工前一定要做地质勘察,取土样测试承载力、含水量、颗粒级配,别“凭感觉施工”;②勤监测:在管道两侧设沉降观测点(每50m一个),每天测一次,如果沉降超过10mm/天,赶紧停工调整;③守规范:严格按照《电力工程电缆设计标准》(GB 50217)、《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007)施工,比如压实度、垫层厚度不能“打折扣”。
