先准备好需要的工具和材料——CPVC电力管(检查外观无裂缝、凹陷)、专用胶粘剂(必须选CPVC配套款)、切割机/钢锯(切割要锋利)、砂纸/清洁布(擦接口)、扩口器(按需使用)、记号笔(画插入线)、手套和护目镜(安全防护)。

第一步,管材切割与接口清洁。根据施工长度切割管材,用切割机或钢锯都行,关键要切得平整——切口歪了会导致插不紧或漏水。切好后用砂纸打磨切口毛刺,再用清洁布把插口(插入端)和承口(被插入端)擦干净,确保没有灰尘、油污或水。

第二步,检查承口与扩口处理。如果是预扩口的CPVC管,直接检查承口有没有裂纹或变形;如果是平口管,需要用扩口器扩口——扩口时控制温度,别把管材烫变形,扩好的承口要光滑无毛刺。

第三步,涂抹专用胶粘剂。打开胶粘剂摇匀,先涂插口外表面,再涂承口内表面,要涂得均匀,覆盖整个接口面,但别涂太多(胶液溢出反而不好)。记住,只能用CPVC专用胶,别用其他胶水代替。

第四步,对准插入并保持压力。涂胶后赶紧把插口对准承口中心,快速但平稳地插入——可以提前用记号笔在插口画条“插入线”(比如承口长度的2/3处),确保插够深度。插到底后,用手或夹具保持压力30秒到1分钟,让胶初步固化。

第五步,固化等待与检查。插好后别着急动,让胶粘剂自然固化——25℃左右要等24小时,低温天(10℃以下)得等48小时。固化后用手掰一掰接口,看有没有松动;或者往接口倒点水,检查有没有泄漏。

新手要注意这几个要点:温度影响——夏天胶干得快,涂后要更快插入;冬天干得慢,多保持压力。接口别沾杂质——清洁后别用手摸,避免灰尘污染。插入深度要够——画好插入线就不会浅。安全防护——戴手套、通风,别让胶沾皮肤。
