再者,焊接设备的状态和操作规范性也不容忽视。加热板的温度均匀性至关重要,若加热板局部温度异常,会造成管材受热不均,熔融程度不一,增加气孔产生的风险。焊接机架的稳定性、夹具的夹持力度以及铣刀切削后端口的平整度,都会间接影响焊接过程的顺利进行和最终质量。操作人员若未能严格按照标准操作规程执行,如未对焊接表面进行充分清洁、加热板切换动作迟缓、未有效监控焊接过程中的压力和位移变化等,都会为气孔的产生创造条件。
