第二步,清洁与预处理。用清洁布擦拭管材端口和转换接头的内壁、外壁,确保无油污、灰尘等杂质。对于需要热熔连接的PPR管端和转换接头的PPR部分,检查热熔机模头是否清洁,然后根据管材规格设置合适的热熔温度(通常PPR热熔温度在260℃左右),待热熔机达到设定温度后进行热熔操作。

第三步,热熔连接PPR端。将PPR管材端口和转换接头的PPR承口同时插入热熔模头,按照规定的热熔时间加热(不同规格管材热熔时间不同,需参考产品说明),加热完成后迅速取出,将管材与接头沿轴线方向平稳插入,保持一定时间直至冷却定型。

第四步,连接PE端。若转换接头的PE端为电熔接口,则将PE管材端口插入电熔接头,确保插入深度符合要求,然后使用电熔焊机按照规定的参数进行焊接。焊接完成后,等待接头自然冷却。若PE端采用热熔对接或其他方式,则需按照相应的PE管连接工艺进行操作。

第五步,组装与紧固(如涉及螺纹或法兰连接)。如果转换接头采用螺纹连接方式,在金属螺纹部分缠绕适量生料带,然后用扳手将两端带螺纹的接头拧紧,注意力度适中,避免损坏螺纹。若是法兰连接,则将PE法兰片和PPR法兰片分别与对应管材连接好,中间放置密封垫片,对齐螺栓孔,穿上螺栓并均匀拧紧螺母。

最后,连接完成后需进行检查。观察接头处是否连接紧密,有无歪斜、松动等情况。待所有连接点冷却固化后,建议进行压力测试,以确保连接的密封性和安全性,无渗漏后方可投入使用。
