一、课程目标

让学员熟练掌握PPR管热熔连接的操作技能,理解热熔连接的原理和重要性,能够独立完成PPR管的热熔连接工作,确保连接质量符合标准要求。

二、教学内容

1. PPR管热熔连接原理

讲解PPR管材和管件在高温下(一般为260℃左右),表面的分子链相互渗透、缠绕,冷却后形成牢固连接的原理。

2. 工具与材料准备

(1)热熔工具:介绍专用的PPR管热熔机,包括其型号、规格、性能特点,以及使用前的检查(如温度显示是否正常、加热板表面是否清洁等)。

(2)管材与管件:认识不同规格(如DN20、DN25等)的PPR管材和配套管件(如弯头、三通、直接等),检查管材和管件的外观质量(有无裂纹、变形等)。

3. 操作步骤

(1)切割管材:使用专用的管剪或切割机,按照所需长度垂直切割管材,确保切口平整、无毛刺。

(2)清洁管材与管件连接部位:用干净的布或纸巾擦拭管材和管件的连接表面,去除油污、灰尘等杂质。

(3)插入深度标记:根据管材规格,在管材上标记插入管件的深度(可参考产品安装手册)。

(4)加热:将管材和管件同时插入热熔机的加热板,达到规定的加热时间(如DN20管材加热时间约5秒)。

(5)连接:迅速将加热后的管材插入管件至标记深度,保持一定的压力(如DN20管材保持压力约30秒),使管材和管件的连接部位形成均匀的凸缘。

(6)冷却:让连接后的管材和管件自然冷却,冷却时间根据环境温度和管材规格而定(如DN20管材在常温下冷却时间约15分钟),冷却过程中不得移动或施加外力。

4. 质量检查

(1)外观检查:检查连接部位是否有扭曲、偏移,凸缘是否均匀、光滑,有无气孔、裂纹等缺陷。

(2)压力测试(可选):对于要求较高的管道系统,可进行压力测试(如试验压力为工作压力的1.5倍,保持一定时间无渗漏)。

三、注意事项

1. 热熔机使用时,应避免加热板与水或其他液体接触,防止触电或损坏设备。

2. 操作人员应佩戴防护手套,防止烫伤。

3. 不同品牌、不同规格的PPR管材和管件,其热熔连接参数(如加热温度、时间、压力等)可能略有差异,应严格按照产品说明书操作。

4. 在寒冷天气施工时,应采取保温措施(如使用保温箱存放管材和管件),延长冷却时间,确保连接质量。

四、培训方法

1. 理论讲解:通过PPT、视频等形式,详细讲解PPR管热熔连接的原理、工具使用、操作步骤和注意事项。

2. 实操演示:教师进行现场操作演示,边操作边讲解,让学员清晰看到每个步骤的要点和技巧。
