若采用电熔连接,则需在管材插入电熔接头前,按照标记深度将管材插入电熔管件内,确保插入到位且无间隙。使用专用夹具将管材与电熔管件固定,防止移位。然后将电熔焊机的输出端与电熔管件的电极柱连接,输入正确的焊接参数(电压、电流、时间),启动焊机进行焊接。焊接完成后,待其自然冷却,切勿强制冷却或移动管件。

对于承插式等其他类型的接头,应按照产品说明书的要求,在接口处涂抹专用的密封胶或润滑剂,然后将管材平稳插入接头承口内至规定深度,并确保密封良好。

连接完成后,便是关键的固定与检查环节。待接口完全冷却固化后,需要对管道进行适当的固定。根据设计要求和施工规范,采用管卡、支吊架等固定件将管道牢固固定,特别是在管道转弯、三通、变径等部位,应设置加强固定措施,以防止管道因水锤、热胀冷缩或外部荷载等因素产生位移或变形。固定时需注意避免过度紧固损伤管材。

最后,对安装好的PE管接头进行全面检查。观察接头外观是否光滑、无气泡、无裂纹,熔接部位是否饱满均匀。可以通过目测、手感等方式初步判断连接质量。对于重要的管道系统,还应按照相关规范进行压力试验,以检验接头的密封性和整体管道的耐压性能。
