PE管因其耐腐蚀、柔韧性好等特性,在给排水、燃气输送等领域应用广泛。但在长期使用中,受外力、老化等因素影响,可能出现破损漏水情况。掌握正确的补漏方法,能有效延长管道使用寿命,降低维修成本。

补漏前需做好准备工作。首先要关闭漏水点上下游的阀门,排空管道内的介质,确保施工安全。然后清理破损部位及其周围的污垢、杂物,用干净的抹布擦拭干净,必要时可用砂纸打磨管道表面,使其保持干燥、粗糙,以增强修补材料的附着效果。同时,仔细观察破损情况,判断是孔洞、裂缝还是断裂,以便选择合适的修补方案。

针对不同破损情况,补漏方法有所不同。

若管道出现较小孔洞(直径通常小于10毫米),可采用修补片补漏法。准备与PE管材质匹配的PE修补片、专用加热工具。先将修补片剪裁成比孔洞大3-5厘米的圆形或方形,用加热工具同时加热管道破损处和修补片,待表面融化后,迅速将修补片贴合在孔洞处,用工具均匀按压,使其紧密结合,冷却固化后即可。

当管道存在长度较短、深度较浅的裂缝时,可使用PE管专用胶水修补。先按上述准备工作处理裂缝表面,然后在裂缝处均匀涂抹专用胶水,涂抹范围应超出裂缝边缘1-2厘米,涂抹厚度适中,避免过厚或过薄。涂胶后,用夹具将裂缝两侧的管道轻轻夹紧,保持一段时间,让胶水充分固化,固化时间需参考产品说明。

对于较大裂缝或破损较为严重的情况,可能需要采用更换管道段或使用套筒接头的方法。先测量破损部位的长度,截取一段与原管道规格相同的PE管作为替换段,长度应比破损部位长10-15厘米。然后在原管道破损处两侧进行切割,确保切口平整。将套筒接头分别套在原管道两端和替换段的一端,用热熔机对接口进行热熔连接,连接时要保证对接处紧密、无偏差,待接口冷却后,检查是否连接牢固。

如果管道发生断裂,且断裂处较为整齐,可采用法兰连接。准备与管道规格匹配的PE法兰片、垫片和螺栓。将法兰片分别焊接或套接在断裂的管道两端,确保法兰面平整对齐,放入垫片,然后用螺栓将两个法兰片紧固,注意螺栓要均匀受力,防止漏水。

在补漏过程中,需注意选用与PE管材质相符的修补材料和工具,操作时严格按照规范进行,确保修补质量。补漏完成后,要进行通水试验,检查修补处是否还有漏水现象,如有问题需及时处理。对于破损严重或自己没有把握处理的情况,建议寻求专业维修人员的帮助。
