CPVC电力管的核心原料是氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)树脂——它是通过将PVC树脂进行氯化改性得到的,氯化后的树脂分子结构更紧密,耐热性和机械强度大幅提升。除了CPVC树脂,还需要加入多种助剂:热稳定剂防止加工过程中树脂分解,润滑剂减少物料与设备的摩擦,抗冲改性剂提升管材的抗冲击性能,还有紫外线吸收剂等辅助材料。这些原料必须经过严格筛选,比如树脂的氯化度要控制在63%~67%之间,助剂的纯度和配比要精准,否则会影响最终产品的性能。

原料准备好后,下一步是混料。这一步就像烘焙前的和面,需要把CPVC树脂和助剂均匀混合。通常使用高速混合机,先加入树脂,再依次加入助剂,控制混合温度在90℃~110℃之间。高速旋转的桨叶会产生剪切力,让物料充分接触、分散。混好的物料会呈现出均匀的颗粒状,没有结块——如果混合不均,后续挤出时会出现局部过热分解,导致管材出现气泡或裂纹。

混好的物料进入挤出机,这是生产的核心环节。挤出机的螺杆将物料向前推送,同时通过料筒的加热让物料逐渐熔化。整个挤出过程分为三个阶段:喂料段(将固体物料输送至压缩段)、压缩段(物料被压实、熔化)、均化段(将熔融物料进一步混合均匀,输送至模具)。温度控制是关键:喂料段温度约140℃~160℃,压缩段160℃~180℃,均化段170℃~190℃,温度过高会导致树脂分解,过低则物料熔化不完全。熔融的物料通过模具挤出成管状,然后进入定型套——定型套通过循环水冷却,让管材保持精确的直径和圆度,接着进入冷却水槽进一步冷却固化。

冷却后的管材由牵引机匀速拉出,牵引速度必须与挤出速度严格匹配:速度太快会拉细管材,太慢则会导致管材堆积变形。然后通过切割机按设定长度切割,切割刀要锋利,切口要平整,避免出现毛刺或斜口——这些细节会影响后续施工的连接密封性。

切割好的管材还要经过多道检验关。首先是外观检查:有没有划痕、凹坑、气泡等缺陷;然后是尺寸测量:用游标卡尺或测厚仪检查直径、壁厚是否符合标准(比如DN110的管材,壁厚通常不小于3.2mm);接下来是性能测试:抗压测试检查管材承受外部压力的能力,抗冲击测试用落锤冲击试验验证其韧性,绝缘测试确保管材的电气性能符合要求。只有全部指标合格的产品,才能包装入库。
