要让CPVC电力管的性能充分发挥,还需关注全生命周期的细节:选型时,需查验产品的《绝缘性能检测报告》《燃烧性能检测报告》,确保指标符合GB/T 18993.1等标准;施工时,应避免使用尖锐工具搬运或铺设管材,防止管壁受损,同时严格按照规范进行连接——热熔连接时温度需控制在200-220℃,避免温度过高导致管材分解;运维阶段,需定期用绝缘电阻表检测管线的绝缘电阻(高压管线应≥1000MΩ·km,低压管线≥500MΩ·km),并检查防火封堵处是否有开裂、脱落,及时修复隐患。
