其三,模具的设计与加工精度对内壁光滑度影响显著。模具的口模与芯模之间的间隙是否均匀、流道是否光滑通畅、芯模头部的设计是否合理等,都直接关系到熔体在模具内的流动状态。若模具流道存在死角、表面粗糙或尺寸偏差,极易造成熔体流动紊乱、滞流或过早冷却,进而导致管材内壁出现缺陷。
