对于双活接铜球阀或全铜直接类转接头,其安装相对简单一些。同样是先将PE管与转接头的PE端热熔连接,PPR管与转接头的PPR端热熔连接,待两端都连接好并冷却后,再将中间的铜质活接部分拧紧即可。活接设计使得安装和拆卸都更为便捷。

连接完成后,还需对接口进行仔细检查,确保无歪斜、无气泡、无熔接不到位等情况。待所有连接点冷却固化后,建议进行系统的压力测试,按照相关规范进行打压,观察压力是否稳定,接口处有无渗漏现象。只有通过压力测试,确认连接严密无泄漏,整个PE管与PPR管的跨材质连接才算真正完成。
